Golf Membership

Golf membership owners have full access to the Clubhouse, Sports amenities and The Beach Club and benefit from unlimited golf and no green fees. Full golf members are the only ones participating in the major golf events. The Mediterra Golf memberships is $100,000 non-refundable, with yearly fees of $14,750.

Sports Membership

Sports members have full access to the Clubhouse, Sports amenities and The Beach Club and may play 6 rounds of golf during season (as member or guest of a member), between November 1st and April 30th and have unlimited golf privileges during summer. The Sports Membership costs $30,000 non-refundable with annual dues of $6,120.

Social Membership

Social membership in Mediterra grants full access to the Clubhouse and its facilities, limited access to the Mediterra Beach Club (from the day after Easter through December 15th) and offers dining privileges. The Mediterra Social Membership has different annual fees, according to the type of property owned: $2,900 for Single Family Homes, $2,400 for Villas and $1,900 for Coach Homes.

The North Golf Course

The 18-hole North Course at Mediterra features 7,096 yards from the longest tee for a par of 72. The slope rating is 136 on Bermuda grass, with an overall rating of 74.4. Designed by Tom Fazio, ASGCA, the golf course opened for the first players in 2002.
