Collier's Reserve Golf and Country Club

  Collier's Reserve was the first Audubon International Signature Sanctuary.   There is probably no other community, equity golf or not, that has the abundance of flora and fauna that Collier's Reserve has. It's very noticeable as you first enter the community that residents here love their landscape and vegetation. Quaint bridges, walk paths, sidewalks and golf cart lanes wind through lush greenery and large trees cast their shadows over large beautiful single family homes.

The community of Collier's Reserve revolves around its beautiful 18 hole Arthur Hills golf course, surrounded by glimmering lakes and Cocohatchee river scenery. The golf course at Collier's Reserve is a 72 par, it has 6,837 yards, a slope of 138 and a 73.8 rating. Also available for those who always look to improve their game are a driving range with 30 tees, a short game practice facility and a putting green.

  The land of Collier's Reserve has been in the Collier family for 70 years. More than 30% of the community's 450 acres are alocated to preserving nature and conservation area. The beautiful equity golf community of Collier's Reserve is 24 hr guard gated and has some of the lowest home density in Naples FL. Homes for sale in Collier's Reserve range in size between 2800 and 6800 square feet, have sold anywhere between $600,000 and $2,800,000 and sit on large lots between 1/3 and 3/4 of an acre. Listings in Collier's Reserve under $1,000,000 are rare and they usually need updating, since most homes in the community were built here between 1994 and 2008.

  Collier's Reserve's residents enjoy the benefit of high quality amenities and stellar service from professional staff. There are four Har-Tru tennis courts, well equiped fitness center, lap pool, fishing pier, casual and fine dining overlooking the Cocohatchee River. There are various options for a quick meal between rounds or a nice dinner at any of these options: the Boathouse on the river, the Osprey Lounge or the Cocohatchee Room at the clubhouse.

 This membership is available to those who reside outside of Collier’s Reserve Golf Community. 
- Initation Fee: $40,000 
- Annual Fee: $11,538

- Monthly Fee: $961.50 (subject to 6% tax) 
  The initial deposit of $10,000 is due at the time of application. The balance of $30,000 can be paid as follows: $10,000 on or before October 31, 2013, $10,000 on or before October 31, 2014 and $10,000 on or before October 31, 2015. 
Other Fees at Collier's Reserve: 
- Golf Cart: $26 per person
- Annual Locker Rental: $150 for half locker or $200 for full locker 
- Bag Storage & Range (included in dues): free
- Repair/Replacement Reserve (billed monthly): $110 
- Annual Food & Beverage Minimum: $1,300

Non-Refundable Golf Membership benefits include unlimited year round golf, tennis, swimming, fitness center and massage room. Members also enjoy the dining experience at the charming Boathouse Restaurant that sits on the Cocohatchee River as well as dining and social events at the beautiful, award winning Clubhouse. 

• Resident & Non-Resident Sports Social Membership 

This membership is available for those who own a home in the Collier’s Reserve Community or a neighborhood or community outside of Collier’s Reserve. Fees are subject to change every year.
- Initation Fee: $40,000 
- Annual Fee: $4,866
- Monthly Fee: $405.50 (subject to 6% tax)

- Green fees: current rates

Sport Social Membership Benefits 
Benefits of this membership include unlimited golf from May 1—October 31 of each year. From November 1—April 30 of each year golf is limited to 6 times at a member guest rate & must play with an Equity Golf member. Tee times after 10:00 am Nov—Dec. Tee times after 11:30 am Jan—April. Tennis, swimming, fitness center and massage room. Members also enjoy the dining experience at the charming Boathouse Restaurant that sits on the Cocohatchee River as well as dining and social events at the beautiful, award winning Clubhouse.

Executive Membership

The Executive Golf Membership is available people over 55 years old and younger who don't reside in the Collier's Reserve Community.  Executive Golf members have all of the privileges and use of the Club's facilities as a Golf member at Collier's Reserve Country Club.  The Executive Membership is limited to only ten members. 
- Initation Fee: $5,000 
- Annual Fee: $7,692 
- Monthly Fee: $641 (subject to 6% tax)
Other Fees at Collier's Reserve:
- Golf Cart: $26 per person
- Annual Locker Rental: $150 for half locker or $200 for full locker 
- Bag Storage & Range (included in dues): free
- Repair/Replacement Reserve (billed monthly): $110 
- Annual Food & Beverage Minimum: $1,300  

 The $5,000 initial fee is due at the time of application. After that, fees are due as follows: $15,000 of which 3 payments of $5,000 each will be due...Here's how: $5,000 on October 31,2013, $5,000 on October 31, 2014 and $5,000 on October 31, 2015.  The balance of $20,000 is due and payable on or before October 31, 2015 or upon the 56th birthday of the member. This membership's benefits are:

- unlimited golf play after 12:00 November 1to April 30 of each year (earlier if availability and approval from the Golf Professional)
- no play restrictions on weekends or from May 1 to October 31 of each year.
- eligibility to play in all club tournaments and special events, space available.

In the event of a termination of membership or non-payment of any dues or fees prior to becoming a full golf member, no part of the Club Fee paid toward the full golf membership will be refundable.

To become a full golf member, the applicant must pay the difference between all sums previously paid and the applicable initial fee for a full golf membership.  Applicant will also be required to pay the prorated share of the annual dues of a full golf member.  Executive Golf members will be required to follow all of the rules and regulations of the Club as well as comply with, and subject to, all of the Bylaws of the Club.
