Valencia Bonita 

Valencia Bonita is the ONLY community in Southwest Florida that offers a Country Club lifestyle but without the high fees. Valencia Bonita Location

Valencia Bonita is conveniently located only 4 miles E of I-75, only 5 miles N of North Naples. Unlike Immokalee Rd in Naples, which has become a heavily trafficked road that keeps expanding in both residential and commercial fields, Bonita Beach Rd is not a "through" road, but dead ends by Valencia Bonita. Which means that it is, in fact, very similar to a cul-de-sac, thus preserving your quiet enjoyment. Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is also very close, only 21.9 miles away. One of the best beaches in the country, Barefoot Beach, is located only 9 straight miles away. Also worth mentioning is the recently open connection between Bonita Beach Rd with Immokalee Rd via Logan Blvd. This will create a quick access to Logan Landings, which offers the Sprouts organic grocery store, restaurants and much more. Lots of great restaurants and great shopping malls are just a short drive away, like Bonita Bay Promenade Plaza, Miromar Lakes and Coconut Point Mall to name a few.

  • Social Hall 

 This is a huge theater/restaurant that has a raised stage, ballroom dancing floor and its own bar. The room can hold up to 350 people when setup with dinner tables and up to 650 when setup with theater seats. This is where you'll have entertainment like comedians, musicians, bands, plays, movie screenings and of course, your community parties. The Social Hall is very impressive and it can only be found in the Active Adult, Valencia communities by GL Homes.

  • Restaurant

One of the great incentives of living in Valencia Bonita is that you don't have to leave the community to enjoy a fine dining experience. The full restaurant will have its own bar and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The caterer that runs the Zest restaurant is Crave Culinary, one of the top caterers in the area. The minimum at the restaurant is only $500 per year.

  • Bars 

There are 3 bars on location in the Valencia Bonita Clubhouse. One is located in the grandiose Social Hall, one in the full restaurant and one is the outdoor bar & grill. The outdoor bar also feature a cafe-style seating and services the pool area. 

  • Pools

There are several pools at Valencia Bonita, each one serving a different purpose. Although you have to be 19 or older to live here on a permanent basis, kids are welcome to visit up to 60 days. The Wading Pool is available for those times when the little ones are here to see grandma and grandpa. The Resort-Style Pool has a gradual entrance (beach like) on one side, stairs on the other side and features a bench in the water along the side, for those times when having a drink is not enough to cool off. There is also a Lap Pool. We've all been frustrated by the poor design in some communities, where the resort-style pool is connected to the lap pool, giving distracted "floaters" the chance of drifting in the way of our backstroke. That won't happen here, since the 5 lane, 60 ft long Lap Pool is completely separated from the other pools. Since this is an Active Adult community, we tend to attract people who like to stay active and love exercising. One of the most popular features of our Valencia style communities has been the Resistance Walking Pool, a circular pool where you can walk against the current. Of course, no resort style community is complete without a Whirlpool Spa. Relax in one right by the lap pool, surrounded by sails, palm trees and shaded cabanas.

  • Fire Pit Area

Enjoy a hot tea or just a cozy night with your loved one in those "freezing" 60 degrees winter nights. Or just hang out with your friends and share stories around our 2 fire pits.
