• Commons at Wyndemere, or Cypress Commons, is a group of five buildings summing 85 condominiums, ranging in size from 1,760 to 2,241 square feet.
• Commons at Wyndemere condos were built between 1982 to 1996 and offer covered parking spaces along with enclosed storage areas.
• Condominiums in Commons at Wyndemere are on the market for anywhere between $150,000 and $300,000 and have sold for over $500,000.
• The location of the Commons at Wyndemere condos is outstanding, just a short walk to the Wyndemere Clubhouse and close to the community entrance gate.

• Hardly ever on the market, homes in Wyndemere have sold over a million and have gorgeous wide views of the Wyndemere Golf Course.
